Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CareMax San Juan Capistrano Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide tree care and maintenance services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, and arborist consulting. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found on site. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Property Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our team and equipment. You are responsible for securing pets and notifying us of any hazards or obstacles on your property.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for tree work on your property. We can assist with this process, but ultimate responsibility lies with the property owner. You must inform us of any HOA restrictions or local ordinances that may apply.

Liability and Insurance

We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden items not disclosed before work begins. We are not liable for the death or decline of trees after pruning, as tree health can be affected by many factors beyond our control.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns.

Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise specified, our services include cleanup and removal of tree debris. We will leave your property clean and tidy. Additional cleanup services may be available for an extra fee.

Weather and Delays

We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible of any delays or changes to your scheduled service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
